Allows the bill validator to accept bills. Important: once a bill is received, there are 90s to accept/reject it; if there is no action, the validator will automatically return the bill.

• amount: Total amount expected to be received.
• callback: Notification URL for payment states (optional)
• Regardless of sending the callback URL, an SSE channel is made available to the integrator to notify the payment status.
